What is the size of a POC?
For the campaign to be effective and allow enough ramp up time we run a minimum POC of 3 months. This allows the SDR to familiarise themselves with the message, form pipeline and secure appointments.
How can I use the agent?
Ultimately the agent is there to assist your new business efforts. As a default they will be set about setting up appointments for your sales team to attend however if you feel their time would be better-spent profiling, sourcing new companies or following up on leads then just shout!
What is the skill level of the caller?
All of our callers will have been through our own Sales Academy, this is a 3-month process that teaches them everything they need to excel. That being said if you are after a caller with familiarity on any given area, sector or field then let us know!
How long does it take to set up?
In the beginning we aim to build the strongest foundation we can through a start-up period of about 4 weeks. In this time we will be building out the data set, with your help briefing the caller, setting up email accounts etc.
